A Jordanian pantry, from the farm

Za'atar, cheese, ghee, jameed and jam, made at Rashid Farms the way our families taught us, and delivered to your door.

It starts with the land

At Rashid Farms we grow, raise and prepare everything ourselves. Thyme is picked in its season, milk becomes cheese, ghee and jameed the same day, and grapes dry under our sun.

We don't rush any of it. We work in small batches, so we know every jar and pouch that leaves the farm.

  1. Picking and milking

Thyme and grapes are picked in season, and the sheep are milked every morning.

  2. Slow preparation

Drying in shade and sun, cooking over a low fire, straining by hand.

  3. Packed to order

We pack after you order where we can, and wrap it carefully so it arrives fresh.
